Welcome to T-Top Vibes. We want you to feel informed and comfortable shopping with us. These Terms explain how our website, purchases, customer support, and store policies work.

1. About T-Top Vibes and Customer Support

T-Top Vibes is operated by TTop Vibes LLC, a Utah limited liability company and independent, veteran-owned small business.

We offer automotive apparel, gifts, seat protection, accessories, and car-care products. Our selection includes officially licensed merchandise and original T-Top Vibes designs. Licensing, materials, features, sizing, and compatibility depend on the individual product.

Matt, our owner, personally handles customer support. If you have a question before buying or need help with an order, email support@ttopvibes.com. We aim to respond within one business day, excluding holidays.

2. Agreement and Store Policies

In these Terms, “T-Top Vibes,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TTop Vibes LLC. “Services” means our website, store, content, shopping tools, and related services.

By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable store policies, to the extent permitted by law.

These policies form part of these Terms. The Shipping Policy controls shipping matters, the Returns & Refunds Policy controls returns and refunds, and the Privacy Policy controls personal information if there is an inconsistency with these Terms.

Specific product or promotional terms disclosed before purchase apply to that product or promotion. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

3. Eligibility, Accounts, and Payment Authorization

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement, or act with the authorization of a parent, guardian, or other person legally responsible for the purchase.

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You must be authorized to use the payment method submitted.

If you create an account, keep your login information secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person or use another person’s account or payment information without permission.

4. Product Information, Licensing, Sizing, and Use

We work to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability.

Please review the individual listing for:

• Materials, dimensions, and product features.
• Available sizes, colors, and quantities.
• Sizing guidance and vehicle compatibility.
• What is included with the purchase.
• Care instructions and processing estimates.
• Any product-specific restrictions or warranty information.

Automotive branding or a vehicle name does not, by itself, mean an accessory is custom fitted to that vehicle. Listings identify whether an item is universal fit or intended for a specific model.

Official licensing applies to products identified as officially licensed. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. T-Top Vibes is an independent retailer and is not the vehicle manufacturer or trademark owner.

Minor color differences may result from lighting, photography, or screen settings. This does not excuse sending a different product, size, or color from the one ordered, or an item materially different from its description.

Sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. Please use the product’s sizing information where available. If measurements or compatibility details are unclear, email us before ordering.

Use and care for products according to the listing and manufacturer’s instructions. Product performance depends on appropriate use, care, and conditions.

5. Orders, Changes, Cancellations, and Availability

Submitting an order authorizes us to process the purchase using your chosen payment method.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not guarantee inventory availability or shipment.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment problems, legal restrictions, or a material listing or pricing error. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for canceled items.

If a correction changes the item, price, or other material purchase terms, we will seek your agreement before proceeding under the corrected terms. We will not charge an increased price without your authorization.

To request a cancellation or change, email support@ttopvibes.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after production or fulfillment begins.

This restriction does not override cancellation or refund rights for delayed, unshipped merchandise under our Shipping Policy or applicable law.

6. Prices, Discounts, and Billing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. A later price change does not automatically change the price of an existing order or create a right to a price adjustment.

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, exclusions, minimum purchases, expiration dates, or usage limits. Please review the terms provided with each offer.

Discounts may be combined when the applicable offers permit the combination. Your eligible savings and final total are shown at checkout.

If an advertised offer does not apply as expected, contact us before completing your purchase so we can review it.

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the affected items after applicable discounts, together with any taxes or shipping charges required by our policies or law.

7. Shipping, Tracking, and Delays

All car seat towels include free standard U.S. shipping. Most other products also qualify. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout.

In-stock car seat towels typically ship within 1–2 business days. Other products may require additional processing; check the listing.

Standard U.S. delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Processing and transit are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

We email tracking when available. Orders may arrive in separate shipments without an additional charge simply because we split them.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to consent to a delay or cancel the delayed, unshipped item for a refund. Required cancellations and refunds will follow applicable law.

If a shipment appears lost, damaged, or delivered but cannot be located, email us. We will help investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

8. Returns, Incorrect Items, and Refunds

Unless the listing states otherwise or applicable law requires it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changing your mind, selecting the wrong size, color, or style, or ordering by mistake when the item matches your order and its description.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, email support@ttopvibes.com. Include your order number, a description, and photos when possible. If photos are unavailable, contact us anyway.

There is no requirement to report a problem within 24 hours. Prompt contact helps us investigate.

Depending on the issue, resolution may include a replacement, exchange, or refund. Contact us before returning an item. For confirmed eligible issues requiring a return, we provide prepaid return arrangements without a restocking fee.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to display the credit.

9. Relationship with Shopify

T-Top Vibes is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with T-Top Vibes. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and T-Top Vibes, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with T-Top Vibes.

10. Privacy and Communications

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy:

Information may be processed by Shopify, fulfillment partners, payment providers, and other service providers, including in countries different from your own, as described in the applicable privacy policies.

We may contact you about payments, fulfillment, tracking, cancellations, refunds, or support requests. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

11. Customer Reviews, Photos, and Feedback

We welcome honest feedback, including criticism. Customer support, eligible replacements, and refunds do not depend on leaving a positive review or changing or removing a review.

If we offer a review coupon or other incentive, eligibility does not depend on the rating or whether the review is positive. Incentives and material relationships must be clearly disclosed.

Reviews reflect individual experiences, not guaranteed results. A verification label applies only to the review it accompanies and the verification process used.

You retain ownership of reviews, photos, and other content you submit. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share that content in connection with our Services and marketing, subject to applicable law and privacy rights. We will not change its meaning or create a misleading endorsement.

Submit only content you have the right to share.

We may remove spam, clearly false or misleading content, unlawful content, threats, harassment, private information, intellectual property violations, or content unrelated to the relevant product or experience. We do not remove reviews solely because they are negative. Disagreement with an opinion does not make it false.

12. Intellectual Property

Original T-Top Vibes branding, designs, photographs, text, and other original materials are owned by TTop Vibes LLC or used with permission. Third-party materials and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Customer-submitted content remains subject to Section 11.

You may browse the website, share links, and use shopping information for personal purposes. These Terms do not restrict lawful quotations, fair use, or other uses permitted by law.

Except as permitted by law or these Terms, you may not reproduce our original designs, sell copies of our content, or use our branding to suggest an affiliation or endorsement without written permission.

Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design or branding.

13. Third-Party Tools and External Websites

Our Services may include third-party payment options, review tools, embedded content, or links to external websites. Separate provider terms and privacy policies may apply.

We do not control unrelated third-party websites or guarantee their content, security, or availability. Review their terms before submitting information or making a separate purchase.

A third-party tool or fulfillment partner does not change who sold you a product through T-Top Vibes. Contact us for assistance with purchases made from our store.

14. Acceptable Website Use

Please use our Services lawfully and respectfully.

You may not:

• Commit fraud or impersonate another person.
• Submit unauthorized payment information.
• Upload malware or interfere with website operations.
• Access private accounts or systems without authorization.
• Collect customers’ personal information without lawful authority.
• Send spam, threats, or unlawful harassment.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Bypass security measures or access restrictions.

These restrictions do not prohibit honest reviews, lawful complaints, or reporting concerns to payment providers, regulators, or other appropriate organizations.

15. Search Engines, AI Tools, and Automated Access

Search engines and AI tools may access publicly available pages to help users discover products, compare options, and understand our published policies, subject to applicable law and any technical access restrictions.

Automated access must not bypass security controls, access private information, misrepresent an affiliation with T-Top Vibes, or impose an unreasonable load on the website.

Anyone using an automated purchasing agent must authorize its actions and remain responsible for orders validly placed on their behalf.

Permission to access public shopping information does not authorize bulk copying of protected content for resale or reproduction of protected designs.

An automated summary is not a statement issued by T-Top Vibes. Please consult the current listing, checkout information, and published policies when making a purchase.

16. Warranties and Website Availability

We stand behind the express commitments in our product listings and published policies. If an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

A manufacturer’s warranty applies only where offered, according to its stated terms. We can help identify the appropriate contact. A manufacturer’s warranty does not replace rights you have against us under applicable law.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. Website information may occasionally require correction.

EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WARRANTIES, OUR PUBLISHED PRODUCT AND POLICY COMMITMENTS, AND RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Some jurisdictions restrict warranty disclaimers. Any restriction applies to these Terms. Nothing here overrides a product description, applicable written warranty, or legally required remedy.

17. Limitations of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, T-TOP VIBES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST BUSINESS PROFITS OR REVENUE.

SUBJECT TO THE EXCEPTIONS BELOW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE AFFECTED PURCHASE.

These limitations do not exclude or limit:

• Liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.
• Liability for death or personal injury where exclusion or limitation is prohibited.
• Required refunds, express warranties, or remedies under our published policies.
• Consumer rights or other liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

Where a limitation is prohibited or unenforceable, applicable law controls.

18. Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify T-Top Vibes, Shopify, and their respective personnel against reasonable third-party claims, losses, and legal expenses directly caused by your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to claims caused by the protected party’s own negligence, misconduct, or breach of its obligations. It does not apply merely because you make an ordinary purchase, request support, exercise consumer rights, or share an honest review.

We will notify you of a claim for which we seek indemnification and provide a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense. We will not agree to a settlement imposing an admission of fault or a nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent.

19. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these Terms. We will provide notice where required by law.

Ending website or account access does not eliminate obligations relating to existing purchases, required refunds, or consumer rights.

Provisions that reasonably need to continue after access ends, including intellectual property, content permissions, lawful liability limits, and dispute provisions, remain applicable.

20. Resolving Concerns and Governing Law

If you have a concern, please email support@ttopvibes.com. We welcome the opportunity to understand the issue and work toward a resolution.

Contacting us is not a condition for exercising rights available under law.

These Terms are governed by Utah law and applicable federal law, except where mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.

Unless applicable law provides a different right or forum, disputes will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Utah. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or prevents you from using an available small-claims court or contacting a regulator or payment provider.

21. General Provisions

These Terms, incorporated policies, and applicable product or promotional terms form the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases. They do not eliminate express commitments made to you in connection with an order.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

We may transfer this agreement as part of a business sale, merger, or reorganization, provided the transfer does not reduce your existing purchase rights. You may not transfer account access or contractual obligations without our permission, except as permitted by law.

We may update these Terms for future use of the Services and future purchases. We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes where required by law.

Changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to an existing order. Additional consent will be obtained where required.
