Refund policy
At TTop Vibes, many of our products are manufactured or fulfilled by authorized supplier partners and are shipped directly to customers. Because of the nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or change of mind.
Returns may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged during shipping.
- The item arrived defective or has a manufacturing defect.
- The incorrect item was received.
If your order qualifies, please contact support@ttopvibes.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging (if damage occurred during transit)
Failure to report shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery may affect our ability to process your claim with the manufacturer or carrier.
